The VialFlask website and all products sold through it are operated from Melbourne, Australia under ABN 82 337 645 955. References to "VialFlask", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the operators of this store.

VialFlask Pro is a storage and transport accessory. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for the storage instructions issued by your prescriber or your medication's manufacturer. You are responsible for verifying that any storage conditions are appropriate for your specific medication, and for monitoring the device's temperature readout in use.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website, or have parental or guardian consent. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price in effect at the time of your order confirmation applies to that order.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and the digital wallets displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for errors in pricing or availability — if your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery is free Australia-wide. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day (orders before 2pm AEST typically dispatch same-day), with delivery in 1–6 business days (1–3 business days for Express orders). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

VialFlask Pro comes with a 1-year parts-and-labour warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

All content on the VialFlask website — including text, images, product designs, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to VialFlask and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our express written permission.

• Using the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site or its related systems.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Scraping or harvesting data from the site without our written consent.
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VialFlask's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of or damage to medication stored in a device. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
